1. GENERAL USAGE
With the purchase Single License of any themeness theme or plugin, you are entitled to single website use of the theme for yourself or client work. You agree to indemnify and hold themeness harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to use of the our products. As a courtesy, we include design files with each themeness products — making it easier to meet the needs of your personal site, or providing an themeness theme and plugin as a base for client work. Our themes are developed with this usage in mind. themeness retains the right to change the terms and conditions and licensing of this site and our products at any time.
Themeness products are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper setup 100% same like demo. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all old browsers.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We reserve the right modify or discontinue any product, price and/or service with or without prior notice or liability to you. Change is generally a good thing. Life would be boring without it.
Product updates are available to customers who have made a purchase and have an active license. All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of Shopify/Bigcommerce.
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your specific needs.
All payments are handled through using 2checkout under Yarlin.com.
7. PRODUCT DELIVERY
When you purchase our products and have completed payment. you will have immediate access to download our products. If you have any problems , contact us through our website.
Support for purchased extensions and themes is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key, purchase Priority Support access, or purchase a new license for the extension or theme you wish to get support for.
Note: Support is offered Monday through Friday. Support requests are answered in order received.
If you have problems getting themes or plugins to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 7 days since the purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem on theme or plugins not 3rd party plugins or setting.
NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
